Plan booking in Partner Account

This manual guides you through the process of booking a Shopware plan for a customer through your Partner Account.

Important: New Simplified Commission Process Great news for our partners!

We're simplifying the commission process for your bookings. From now on, when you book through self-service for your customers, you'll automatically receive your commission - no separate application needed! 

What's New:

• Direct booking through your partner account automatically qualifies for commission

• No need to create leads beforehand — just book directly
• Commissions are tracked and processed automatically when you use your partner account
• 13% initial commission for the first year (from ACV)
• 7% ongoing commission when you're linked to the customer through your Partner Account

To Ensure You Receive Your Commission:

• Use your partner account when booking

• Book through the self-service platform

Additional Notes

• Ensure you have the necessary permissions to book plans for the customer

• Verify the customer's requirements before selecting a specific plan

• The booking will be processed according to Shopware's standard terms and conditions

• Important: Always use your partner account for bookings to ensure commission eligibility

Step-by-Step Instructions

This process allows you as a partner to efficiently manage and upgrade your customers' Shopware plans directly through your Partner Account, streamlining the booking process and ensuring your customers have access to the appropriate Shopware features for their business needs.

1. Log into Your Account

Start by logging into your Shopware Partner Account using your credentials. 

2. Navigate to Partner Section

Once logged in, go to the Partner area in your account dashboard. 

3. Select Customers

Within the Partner section, select the Customers (1) area.

4. Choose Your Customer

You will now see a list of all customers assigned to you. Select the customer (2) for whom you want to book a plan.

 

 

5. Access Customer Details

You will now see the Customer details page. Scroll down slightly to find a list of all shops associated with this customer. Select the appropriate shop (3) from the list.

6. Shop Details and Upgrade Option

Select the shop domain. You will now see the details for the individual shop. At the top of the page, there is a banner with the call-to-action Upgrade now (4). Click on this banner to open a dialog for booking a plan.

7. Complete Plan Booking

In the dialog that appears, you can now book the desired plan (5) for your customer.

Only partners can also download a price indication (6) before ordering the plan officially.

Click on Order with obligation to pay (7) to finalise the process.
